- Kristen JI am the coordinator of a dog meetup group in Upstate South Carolina. I heard about this place through a friend and decided our group should go check it out because they allow on-leash dogs. This is a family owned operation. Day passes are $5 (children under 2 are free), Annual passes are $40 or $90 for a family. The trail has a creek running through it. They DO allow the dogs to play in the creek! There are also farm animals on site that you can visit, with permission. Upon entering, you’ll sign in at the sharecropper house, which is also dog-friendly and houses snacks + souvenirs. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to escape the hustle & bustle of every day life, this place is where it’s at!
- Carlin LFirst trip and had a great time! Our kids loved being outside and seeing the seasonal decorations. The highlight for them was playing in the creek. The trails are well maintained, decorations are cute, and the staff were friendly. Would recommend and will go again!
- Angela SI took my 7-and-under kids here to enjoy the Valentine's day "Cupid hike" they advertised on Kidding Around Greenville. What an awesome place!!! The staff were super friendly, and knowledgeable about the history of the farm. My kids enjoyed asking questions and getting to explore the shop, nature room, and of course the grounds. Admission was reasonable. They do have snacks, but it's not enough to make a meal. Also reasonably priced. We did the nature walk first and there was so much to explore! I really don't want to spoil the surprises, but be open to finding the puns hiding in the trees! Also why I didn't post many pictures. It was really fun to discover things as we walked, and even my lou, sensory kid enjoyed moments of tranquility. Definitely wear some sturdy shoes, but hiking boots are not necessary. We after there had been a lot of rain, so the ground was a bit soft in some areas. We also got to feed the animals! It was such a lovely day that I am looking forward to visit...
